- Damaged or defective items: Each item is meticulously checked through a quality inspection process. Items shown to be damaged or defective can be returned or replaced at no cost to consumer.
- Editing or changing order: We are a small company and will do our best to make adjustments within a reasonable amount of time considering order placement and shipping procedures. Consumer satisfaction is always our top priority.
- Brand rep: We will provide the opportunity for our customers to be Catalyst brand representatives. This program will include discounts on products and access to special features on our page. We would love to help both our company and our customers grow at the same time.
- Sizing guide: Hat sizing may vary slightly. We offer 2 sizes in our snap-back hats. Regular will fit like a standard hat out of the box up to a 7-3/8" comfortably and through wear will fit up to a 7-1/2" with an average of 3 snaps secured. XL out of the box will comfortably fit 7-1/2" to 7-3/4" with an average of 3-4 snaps secured. After the initial "break-in period" do not be surprised to gain another snap or two. The general body of the hat in the "XL" size is slightly larger than the body of the "Regular" size. We did not simply expand the hat band circumference when creating multiple size options. The hat crown will also sit slightly taller for added room on the "XL" size.
